1. What types of drinkware does Wallas Sip offer?

We offer sports bottles, glass water cups, plastic tumblers, ceramic coffee mugs, and more — perfect for every lifestyle.

2. Are your products BPA-free?

Yes! All of our plastic products are 100% BPA-free and made with safe, high-quality materials.

3. Do you offer insulated bottles?

Absolutely. Many of our bottles feature double-wall insulation to keep your drinks hot or cold for hours.

4. Can I use your mugs in the microwave?

Our ceramic mugs are microwave-safe unless otherwise specified in the product description.

5. Are your cups dishwasher-safe?

Most of our products are dishwasher-safe. Please refer to each product listing for specific care instructions.

6. How do I clean my glass water cup?

We recommend washing glass cups with warm soapy water or placing them in the top rack of your dishwasher.

7. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, we do! You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us directly.

8. Do you offer custom or personalized drinkware?

At this time, we don’t offer customization, but we're planning to launch custom collections soon!

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

10. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

12. Can I track my order?

Of course. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

13. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

14. How long does shipping usually take?

For U.S. orders: 5–7 business days. For international orders: 7–20 business days.

15. Are your cups suitable for both hot and cold drinks?

Yes! Most of our cups are designed to handle both hot and cold beverages.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported payment methods.

17. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping, but all products are securely and neatly packaged.

18. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
